Welcome to the Malawi Project website
In July 2010 a group of 12 young people from St Mary's R.C. church in Stirling and students from Stirling University are travelling to the small rural village of Utali 1 in the Mangochi region of Malawi.The project is part of a larger twinning programme linking the parish of St Mary's in Stirling and St Peter's in Utali.
This trip is a great experience and we feel it offers people a life-changing experience to make some life-long friends and experience first-hand what life is like living in one of the poorest regions of one of the poorest countries in the world.
